Does any one know of any bicyle horns that sound like this? but more loud? Like have something a cop would have on a police bike. Nothing that sounds kidish or dumb. Here the horn trying find something like

I'm using a couple of bike horns for costume props, but I'm not sure I need or will want the clamps. Any suggestions on how to remove (I haven't gotten them yet so I'm not sure how the clamps are attached) the clamps cleanly, with no bits of metal left to snag on things?
