Once you buy the Bluetooth dongle (the USB thingie), you'll be given its driver and software CD. Do you have the dongle already? If you have then you need to download ITS drivers and software (they are specific for each brand e.g software for BlueSoleil dongles won't work on other dongles like Samsung). Whichever you choose, don't buy the Bluesoleil dongle, you'll be disappointed.

the difference between a spinner vs. a regulare exercise bike is that the spinner is directdrive =no freewheeling it works like a track bike in that you use your legs to slow down.they are expensive and most people who have them do some sort of racing .An averege cyclist would do great with a regular exercise bicycle or just buy a trainer and use the bike you already have.

Actually there are three forces, friction, wind resistance and gravity. On a flat road, aerodynamic drag is by far the greatest barrier to a cyclist's speed, accounting for 70 to 90 percent of the resistance felt when pedaling. The only greater obstacle is climbing up a hill: the effort needed to pedal a bike uphill against the force of gravity far outweighs the effect of wind resistance.

Nice site Glenn, however the energy you spent (calories or watts) can not be reclaimed on the desent. After you crest a hill the only thing you get is a chance to recover, the energy you expended is gone. All so take into consideration on a long steep climb the time it takes to go up is considerably longer than it takes to go down. A rider can only develop a given amount of watts, on the flats wind is the #1 limiting factor, toss in a steep climb and the wind factor becomes a much smaller part as the grade angle goes up. Your link will verify this.
I think we are missing the point of the question.
This is not about PE but the energy a rider uses, if you are riding at 300 watts and you stop pedaling or are coasting down a hill you are expending 0 watts, you as the rider can not get any of that energy previously expended back, at this point you as the rider are neither saving, storing or expending energy to keep the bike moving. This is strickly about the energy the rider outputs to over come the forces of friction, air resis. and gravity to keep their bike moving.
Now you have got me.. Have grown bells all my life and never thought about that. I would think the logical answer would be that any pepper such as the bell, banana, or jalapeno..is just genetically programmed to grow that way as anything else is..I mean why does a cucumber grow solid..etc? Why do we grow as we do? Has to be genetics.

If the helmet was a bike helmet of sports helmet don't even try to remove the paint — any solvent or scratches on the helmet will render the helmet useless if she falls or gets hit by an object as these helmets were built and then tested by safety agencies to provide safety without any modifications to ensure the wearer did not suffer from major injuries– BUY A NEW HELMET– I inspect this type of product for a living– don't take the chance–PLEASE

The proper way to do this would be to contact the manufacturer. Do it this way to be sure what you are doing is correct . Other people have said to contact the previous house owners , but if this was possible im sure you would have done it .
The alarm company will probably send out a technician , but so what . At least you get it sorted .
