Are spare parts available for Honka Hoota bicycle horns?

I have Honka Hootas on several of my 3-speeds. The bulbs have perished. Simply buying new horns would not be very expensive, but it seems a waste when it would be even cheaper to replace the bulbs, were they available.
It's not a light bulb, it's the rubber/plastic horn bulb. Edwardw, thanks, I was afraid that might be the case.

It might just be a generic bulb you can get a hardware store. Open it up and take a look.
Sorry but I sell these $5 horns and unfortunately there are no “spare parts” for them available. Just have to buy new horns.
idk?
